Ultima Online/Free Shard
1.Accounting
-One account per real person.
-Having more than one account per person is forbidden.
-We allow 3 characters per account.
-Passing items from one of your characters to another is allowed.
-Multiple allowed per IP ( for multiple people in a household.
2.Language
-No racial/religious/national or ethnical slurs are tolerated.
-No advertisements or soliciting of real world entities allowed.
-The staff reserves the right to deny use of any name in the game.
-Guild chat and private messages are not monitored.
3.Staff
-Respect other players and staffmembers at all times.
-If you cannot resolve a problem with one staff member, you may request to speak with a higher rank staff.
-All decisions from Administrator is final.
4.Programs, Macroing, Exploiting
-Any kind of client or program is allowed. We are not responsible if you use it.
-Macroing allowed, even while you are away from keyboard.
-Exploiting the game in any way is prohibited and will be punished by a long term or permanent ban.
-Hacking the shard or any players account is prohibited.
5.RP and PVP worlds
-House killing are prohibited in rp and pvp worlds.
-Playing in pvp world at your risk. ( not recommend for newbies ).
-Personal vendor are allowed in designated places.
-Houses/shop should not obstruct any passage or donjon entrance.
-Rezkill is prohitided in rp and pvp worlds.
6.Game and various
-Selling or buying in-game objects for real money is not allowed.
-No publicity from other shards or websites are allowed during the game and on the forum.
-We do not replace lost objects in the game. In some circumstances, we may do that if it's due to a technical malfunction.
-We do not take responsibility for loosing data or for the server being offline, however we will do our best to keep the shard stable and running.
-All the objects and entities in the game are the property of The Dargonstone Shard.
-The rules can change without prior notice. It your responsibility of consulted them.
No drama. Accept the things you cannot change. If you are in an unresolvable conflict, be the smart one and walk away. There are no excuses such as "I didn't know" if you are caught.
-1st offence= written warning.
-2nd offense= Jail.
-3rd offence= Ban.
